Thank God for great family friends...

So this week my family had some good friends in town from Texas: The Thomason's. Well not all the Thomason's...we were missing Jessica. We also had the priveledge of meeting Ashlee's boyfriend Ray which was very nice. My dad and Dave were stationed in Alaska together back in the early 90's, and that is essentially what brought our families together. They showed us the ropes when it came to fishing in Alaska, and so much more. I have alot of fond memories of growing up around them. It had been a while since we had all seen eachother, and let me tell you what a reunion!!!!!!! It was as if we never spent any time apart! Here are some pictures from a BBQ out at Mom and Dad's place:

B.J. getting flown off of Jasper...Yep that's B.J on the ground...this is what happens when bareback riding goes South, but the good thing is no one got hurt...Bj walked away with a lil bruised backside...and Jasper walked away feeling sorry. Jasper is a an older gentler horse that was a little startled by this whole incident too, this is not his normal behavior.

This was when we were trying to get all of the camera's set for our group shot...gosh b.j is always so serious(j/k)... Ashlee getting a kick out of it. So funny these guys...
